| Mukund Rao co-founded derivIT
and serves as its Managing Director. Prior to that Mukund was the Head
of the Murex Practice at MindTree Ltd., a leading IT services company
co-headquartered out of Bangalore and New Jersey. In his 8 years at
MindTree, Mukund was a part of the financial services vertical.
At
MindTree, Mukund undertook various roles ranging from Business Analysis
to Practice head. He was instrumental in expanding the Murex practice
from a small team to over 50+ consultants in a short span of time. He
had operational P&L responsibility for the practice and was
responsible for penetrating key markets and clients. Under his
leadership the Murex practice saw a jump in revenues and headcount and
emerged as the leading Murex consultancy in the Asia Pacific region.
Prior
to MindTree, Mukund worked at KPMG Corporate Finance in Bangalore.
Mukund has a MBA and an Engineering Degree from Bangalore University.
Mukund currently lives in Singapore. | |

| Sagar Sinha |

Sagar
is one of the co-founder of derivIT
and is the Director of the company. In this capacity he leads key
accounts and focuses on Business Development and delivery to customers
in Asia Pacific region.
Before co-founding
derivIT,
Sagar was Senior Consultant at MindTree Consulting. He was one
of
the key consultants in the Murex practice responsible for delivery of
multiple client projects. His role encompassed Business
Development, Project Management, Business Analysis and Consulting
services for large investment banks in Asia Pacific and Europe.
His
in-depth product experience, domain knowledge and technology flair has
helped leading and successfully delivering key consulting initiatives
and projects for the organization. Sagar, with over 7 years of
industry experience, has been focused on financial services industry
vertical with primary experience in Capital markets.
Prior to derivIT,
Sagar has worked with MindTree Consulting and Barclays
Capital. He
is a MBA from S. P. Jain Center of Management, Singapore and has done
Bachelors in Engineering from Cochin University. | |

Krishnan Menon |

Jothi
has more than 6 years of experience with a large part of it centered
around Murex development and support. Jothi is an Associate Director at
derivIT and is
responsible for the Company's sales, business development and client
management at Australia.
Previously, Jothi served as a
Consultant at MindTree Consulting within the Murex Practice.
He has a deep experience around back-office, settlements
and operations
and a strong understanding of the capital markets domain. Prior to
joining MindTree Consulting, Jothi was part of the Financial Services
Industry group at iGate Global Solutions.
Jothi holds a bachelors in Mathematics and a Masters degree in Computer
Applications and his entire career span has been focused around
financial services IT.

Mathai |

Sumit
is the Chief Operating Officer of the company. In this capacity he
focuses on Operations, Finance, and Business Development.
Before joining derivIT,
Sumit was a research analyst at
Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors, an investment advisory firm based in
Los Angeles, California.
He was a member of the hedge fund
and public funds. His role encompassed business development for new
private and public funds at Kayne Anderson and research and execution
of public and private investments across funds.
Prior to derivIT,
Sumit has worked in finance and
development roles with Citigroup and Coastal Power Corporation. He is a
MBA and BA from Rice University, Houston, Texas.
